AI agents
Agents that use your tools and data to finish tasks: answer a client, check availability, book, look up an order, open a ticket. Actions that matter wait for a person's approval.

We build AI agents, automated AI workflows and LLM integrations that answer your clients, read your documents and move work through your systems, with the engineering discipline of more than 20 years of software development.
Language models are good at reading, writing and deciding. We turn that into systems you can trust with real tasks: connected to your tools, limited to what they should do, and measured.
Agents that use your tools and data to finish tasks: answer a client, check availability, book, look up an order, open a ticket. Actions that matter wait for a person's approval.
Pipelines that run on events or on a schedule: read incoming documents and e-mails, classify, extract the fields, decide the next step and hand exceptions to your team.
AI added to the products and back offices you already have: answers grounded in your own documents, drafting, summaries and structured data out of free text.
Client-facing assistants that reply in seconds, in the client's language, book and change appointments, and pass the conversation to a person when they should.
An agent is only as reliable as what surrounds it. We also build the web and mobile apps, APIs, cloud infrastructure, evaluation sets, guardrails and cost limits that AI systems need in production, and we know fintech and trading, where mistakes are expensive.
Zilio is our own product: online booking for salons and restaurants, with an AI receptionist that talks to clients.
Web, iOS and Android from one codebase, an AI receptionist and an AI setup assistant, payments, invoicing and reminders. Built and run end to end by our team.

We pick a single process that repeats, write down its rules and exceptions, and collect real examples.
A working agent or workflow on that process, tested against the real examples before anyone relies on it.
Permissions, approvals, logs, cost limits and monitoring are in place before it meets your clients.
We track accuracy, time saved and cost, improve what fails, and move to the next workflow when it pays off.
We have shipped software through every shift of the last two decades: server-rendered sites, mobile apps, the move to the cloud, and now language models. What makes AI systems work in practice is the same as before: clear requirements, tests, security and someone who answers when something breaks.
An AI agent is software that uses a language model to decide which steps to take and then takes them with your tools: it reads a message, checks a calendar, books, replies. You need one when a task repeats often, follows rules you can explain, and today ties up people answering, copying or checking.
A workflow follows steps you define, with AI doing the hard parts such as reading or classifying. An agent chooses its own steps toward a goal. Most reliable systems combine them: fixed workflows where the process is known, agents only where judgment is needed.
We choose per task: Claude by Anthropic for most agent and document work, and other commercial or open models where cost, latency or data location call for them. The system is built so the model can be changed later.
Agents get only the permissions their task needs, actions with consequences wait for a person's approval, every step is logged, and data goes only to providers that do not train on it. Personal data is handled under the GDPR.
With one call about the process you want to automate. We then build a small pilot on that single workflow, measure it on real cases, and extend it only when the numbers are good.
A short call is usually enough to know whether an agent or a workflow will pay off for that process. We work in English and Romanian.
